Heritage Consultancy for internal and external alterations to help make this beautiful Grade II listed dwelling into a modern family home fit for 21st-century living.

Gotwick Manor, Hammerwood, East Grinstead, Sussex

Heritage Consultancy for demolition of a non-designated heritage asset and its replacement with a like-for-like, higher-quality, and energy-efficient replacement dwelling.


Victoria Hall, South Shields, Tyne & Wear

Heritage Consultancy for a de-listing project on a Grade II listed but badly fire damaged former dance hall, which was proposed to be demolished and replaced.


Apperley Farm, Stocksfield, Northumberland

Heritage Consultancy on a Class Q conversion for change of use from an agricultural barn into a residential dwelling, within close proximity to several Grade II listed buildings.
