Director & Heritage Consultant

A professional archaeologist and heritage consultant with specialisms in historic building consultancy and planning within the historic environment sector. Key interests and experience include design advice, retrofit of historic buildings, Victorian architecture, and the sustainable conversion of traditional agricultural buildings. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys travelling, arts & crafts, and raising her many pets, including two dogs, two cats, and three snakes.

Sophie Pearson ACIfA

Heritage Consultant

Sophie is a professional and experienced heritage consultant. Having recently graduated from the University of York with an MA in the Conservation of Historic Buildings, Sophie has quickly gained experience working on and providing advice for a diverse range of projects from small scale residential developments to large scale renewable schemes, across the UK. Sophie has a vested interest in Georgian architecture and is a Trustee of the York Georgian Society as well as an Assistant Historic Buildings Representative for the City of York and its Environs. Outside of work, Sophie is an avid Latin and Ballroom Dancer, competing regularly at both a regional and national level.

Ailsa Bailey

Graduate Heritage Consultant

Ailsa is a professional heritage consultant. Having graduated with an MA in Cultural Heritage Management from the University of York, she has extensive experience in planning policy, the management of heritage assets, and archaeological projects. Her key interests include rural farmsteads, GIS spatial analysis, and landscape archaeology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time learning creative writing and photography.
